Anuj Sharma is an Indian fashion designer. He studied post graduation in Apparel design from NID, Ahmedabad. Sharma then went on to study Masters in High Performance Sportswear design from the University of Derby, UK. Anuj was among the finalists for the International Young Fashion Entrepreneur of the Year Award by British Council, India. He was also among the five leading designers chosen from all over Asia to visit Japan at the invitation of Japan Foundation in December, 2006. Apart from being regular at the Lakme Fashion Weeks, Sharma also taught at some of the most famous designing institutes of the country like National Institute of Design, National Institute of Fashion Technology and Shrishti School of Design, Bangalore. The designer now runs his studio from Ahmedabad and deals mostly in developing new joinery systems for clothing.
