Amrita Thakur is an Indian fashion designer. She studied fashion designing at the Pearl Academy of Fashion in Delhi. She started her eponymous label 'Amrita Thakur' in the year 2011. Her designs are for the contemporary Indian woman who loves the traditional yet loves her freedom. Amrita Thakur provides a refreshing take on bridal garments, highlighted with elements of fun colours, minimalistic embroidery yet tastefully blended with classic elements.
