About Payal Singhal
Payal Singhal is an Indian fashion designer based in Mumbai. Coming from a creative background - her grandfather, a renowned painter and her father, a fashion pioneer - Payal's entry into the fashion world was obvious. At the age of 15, she won the prestigious 'Designer of the Year' award from retail giant, Shoppers' Stop. Payal's global design sensibility along with a host of degrees from SNDT University in Mumbai, Parsons School of Design and Fashion Institute of Technology in New York made her more than able to satisfy the needs of a traditional Indian bride, modern South Asian woman or an eclectic New York star.
